Shout Color Catchers

I know it has been awhile since I blogged, but I wanted to say hi and I hope this post finds everyone happy and healthy! I had the opportunity to work last week for Varsi and it was so fun seeing everyone! I am so glad that I still get called in every now and then to go back. It was fun to have adult conversation every day lol.
Father's Day was wonderful! We went and saw Grandpa Eldon for a little while and then we went over to my parents house and Matt, Amy and the kids were up, so we got to see them and actually spend time with Mark too whom we don't see much of due to work schedules! I love Father's Day. I think there should be several more days in the year to honor the men in our lives! So Happy Father's Day to all of you cute Dad's! I love you Dad! And Luke too, you are the best Dad to Gracie and I love you so much!
Onto a totally different subject...laundry! I always seem to have piles of it and I came across Shout Color Catcher's awhile ago and I have been meaning to tell all of you about them! You have got to try them out! Next time you are on the laundry isle, pick some up! They are worth every penny. They are about 4.50 for a box of 24 and you just throw one of the sheets into your laundry and it picks up all of the loose dyes that are in your laundry and traps them on the sheet! Like Gracie has a ton of colored clothes that are half white with color on them and I am always so afraid they are going to bleed, well, not with these color catchers! I threw a sheet into my dark's thinking my clothes are so old, there would be no loose dyes, the sheet came out so dark I couldn't believe it! Now I can't do a load of laundry without them! I highly recommend!

I have a ton of pictures to post, so next time I am on the other computer I will do that! I hope everyone is enjoying their summer, taking a lot of pictures and making a lot of memories! It goes too fast, so enjoy every second!

My Little Trooper!

We survived! Gracie did awesome today at the doctor's office. She only cried for a minute and when she saw the smarties, she was happy again. Gracie has a space between her front teeth and the doc seems to think we need to take her to the dentist to have her frenulum clipped which is another I need to worry about! Others seem to think with time her teeth will grow in just fine, so who knows. Keep her in your prayers for me! I don't want her to have to go through anything horrible if I can help it!

I just finished putting together her Valentine's basket for when she wakes up in the morning. Hope she loves it! As you can tell I have a thing for shoes lol.

Did awesome at the grocery store today. 250 bucks worth of groceries for 123 bucks which made me happy. I was able to add a ton to our food storage. I sure do love coupons! And I finally got me a coupon caddie Steph! I love it and it makes things so much easier! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Luke got me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers today:) I am so lucky to have such a great hubby! Thank you Luke!

Hope everyone has a very special Valentine's Day! xoxo, Me

Basket Case!

Gracie is getting her 18 months shots of Friday (the 13th) of all days! And that makes me the basket case again! I am such a needle phobic that I just hate knowing anyone I love is getting poked! I wish they could poke me instead of her! But I know it is for a good cause and I would hate myself knowing I wasn't protecting her from all of those horrible disease that are making a comeback out there!

I got Gracie a fun basket full of goodies for Valentine's day, so once I get it put together I will have to post pics. She is just growing up so fast.

Last friday night I got to go out with my friend Sarah from high school and we had a blast! We went and saw "He's Just not that into You" and then we went and chatted at the Iron Gate and it was just so much fun. Oh how I miss adult conversation lol. She is such a great friend and it has been so great spending time with her lately. My cute friend Jeremy is the owner of Iron Gate, so we chatted with him for a little while too.

Nothing to exciting has been going on, but when it does, I will definetly keep you all posted. Love you!

Slacker!

I have been such a blog slacker lately and I am so sorry! Megan and Richard reminded me tonight that it has been awhile, so I thought I would at least write and say hi and that things are great my way. Yesterday I was daring and had my hair done really dark and I now have bangs! I haven't had bangs in over a decade, so it is going to take some time getting used to them! Every time I pass by the mirror I have to do a double take lol.

Gracie is going to be 18 months this month and I can't believe how fast the time has gone. I just noticed she is cutting molars so that is why I am not getting any sleep!

Luke is doing great and has just been so cute lately! The other morning he surprised me with breakfast and boy was that a treat! Thank you Luke! He is on a roll. We have always left notes for each other when he leaves for work early and they have just been so cute lately. I am one lucky woman!

The hounds are doing great also! I am waking up at he crack of dawn to take them on a run, so hopefully I won't freeze to death! It is supposed to be a nice week. I am so ready for Spring! I am having some serious spring fever!

Ok, I could ramble on all night, so I won't. Just wanted to say I am alive and I will write more soon! Love you all!
