Dreading Tomorrow!

Poor little Gracie has an appt for her 1 year shots tomorrow and I have been dreading this appt literally, since I made it 4 months ago! I hate shots, but I know they are for a great cause and I couldn't live with myself if I didn't get her immunized and she got a horrible disease. This world is infested with all sorts of horrible things and I want to protect her as much as I possibly can, I just wish they could do it with drops and not needles! I hate to see my baby hurt!

This past weekend Luke and I took Gracie to the fair in Logan and we took her to see all the animals, but she didn't seem to interested so we just walked around and looked at all the fun booths and the rides. Ran into my cute friends Larene and Ashley from the hospital and it is always so nice to run into people from CVSH. I sure do miss everyone there!

I hope that everyone is enjoying their summers and staying healthy and happy! Facebook has been such an addiction for me and especially lately. I have been able to catch up with sooo many friends from my past and it is so great to hear what everyone actually grew up to be lol!

Oh Lisa, you are too funny. Gracie won't even remember the shots, and it only hurts for alittle bit. ;) But I am right there with ya. I hate to see my little babies hurt as well, but it is for the best.

I hate shots to! But it does make me feel better when you pick them up and they calm down pretty quick because they are in your arms! Mom always makes things feel better right! good luck!

Take a deep breath, "It will be okay"! I know it sucks but it is a good thing for her! Give her a sucker while they are doing it! It makes a big difference! Good Luck!

Hope it all went well with the shots. I've been gettin invites from some people for facebook, but I haven't brought myself to sign up yet. I don't know. I guess it's the same as having a blog. Talk to you soon.

How did it go. Kyler was my best with shots. As soon as they gave him a shot he turned blue, inhaled to scream, and conked out.... each and every time. The pain just took him out! Caleb on the other hand would scream whenever a person in a white coat walked by him. We could be at the grocery store and some unfortunate person could have worn the wrong coat and Caleb's fears would surface. Shots were a bit trickier with that boy.
